You may not link to the home page of the DHF-BG website in any way that might cast DHF-BG in a false or misleading light. You may not frame the DHF-BG website content so that it is viewed on another site. Termination
DHF-BG reserves the right to terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including for a user’s violation of any of the User Agreement provisions. The Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.
Agreement is Governed by the Laws of Bulgaria
This User Agreement and any claim or dispute relating to it will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, in accordance with GDPR and EU regulations.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
